Lay By
The lay-by period is for a maximum of four weeks. An initial, non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total purchase value is required to place a lay-by. Sale items cannot be placed on lay-by. Lay-bys cannot be sent to the customer until the full amount has been paid. Lay-by items are not refundable, but may be exchanged once the lay-by amount has been paid in full. Lay-bys cannot be exchanged until the full amount has been paid. Customers will be notified with reminders before the lay-by period has expired. Any lay-bys not paid in full in the four week period will be cancelled, and all payments will be refunded to the customer as store credit, with the exception of the 30% deposit.
The customer or LaCroxandco.com has the right to cancel a lay-by at any time in the four week period. If the customer chooses to cancel the lay-by within the four weeks, all payments will be converted to store credit with the exception of the 30% non-refundable deposit. If the lay-by is cancelled by Lacroxandco.com, the customer will be given 7 days notice and all payments including the 30% deposit will be issued to the customer as store credit
OUR LAY-BY SERVICES
A system of paying a deposit to secure an item for later purchase.
We offer a four weeks Lay-by service. As each garment is paid for you are welcome to take that piece home, provided that 30% deposit is still remaining on the Lay-By.
Our lay-by service can be done by PHONE CALL, WHATAPP MESSAGE,EMAIL OR INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGE, we don’t offer this service on our website.

Any exchanges must be done within 3 days of merchandise being paid for and sent to you.
