RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, however, exchanges may be accepted for clothing and shoes only subject to the terms and conditions below:
We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or offer store credit if the product is returned within 72 hours. If 72 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, beverages, products that are personalized, personal care items, intimate items, sanitary goods underwear, nightwear, swimwear, eveningwear, fur items, and exotic skins, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification, limited-edition items, children’s items, books, accessories, millinery, scarves, hair accessories, beauty products, fragrances, gift cards, We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids and any other products designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost packages.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your EXCHANGE.
If you are approved, then your EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT will be processed.
SALES ITEMS (if applicable)
All sales items in-store and online are final.
- Only regular priced items may be EXCHANGED, unfortunately, sale items cannot be Exchanged.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a STORE CREDIT to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
